Jon Hale, a lifelong resident of Manchester, Georgia, is the grandson of the late Leonard R. "Nookie" Meadows. Rooted in the Meadows family legacy, which includes Meadows Motors, Inc., Meadows Ford, Inc., Meadows Insurance Agency, Smith-Steele-Meadows Funeral Home, and Meadows Farms, Jon brings a rich heritage to his endeavors. Graduating from Flint River Academy in 2002, he furthered his education, earning a degree in business management and criminal justice from the University of Mississippi in 2006.

Post-college, Jon returned to the Meadows Companies, assuming the role of Vice President at Meadows Insurance Agency. Embracing his community involvement akin to Nookie, Jon has served as the past president of both the Meriwether County Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Meriwether County. He's a former Kiwanis Club member and a graduate of the 2008 Leadership Meriwether Program. Actively engaged in Manchester Baptist Church and a Sunday school teacher at Cascade Hills Church in Columbus, Jon married his college sweetheart, Carrie, in 2016. Their family expanded with the arrival of their first child, Ella Pope, followed by son William Porter.
